Scheduled Maintenance Program

Maintaining the equipment in proper operating condition has been shown to increase the efficiency and lower the operating cost by 20%.

We recommend a minimum of the following be performed on refrigeration systems

Two times per year

  • Clean air cooled condensers *(self contained equipment may need more frequent cleaning) 
  • Check refrigerant levels, pressures 
  • Check safety control circuits 
  • Check defrost cycle 
  • Check amperage draw 
  • Check electrical connections 
  • Check contactors for pitted/worn electrical contacts 
  • Check door gaskets; replace if defective

One time per year

  • Clean evaporators on walk in coolers 
  • Clean drains
